Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted for eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be undamaged and returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Gift cards are not eligible for returns. To start a return, please contact shop@bifoldmarket.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please do not send a return before receiving a reply with return instructions.

Damaged/Incorrect Item

If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent, contact shop@bifoldmarket.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and details about the problem. After the issue is verified, a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label will be provided to you.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
